Casey Evans, MD, earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and completed her residency at University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville in Obstetrics & Gynecology where she also served as an Administrative Chief Resident of the program. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Georgia. She is a Board Eligible Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Dr. Evans has been practicing medicine for 5 years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Evans was working in Jacksonville, FL specializing in infertility at Brown Fertility and working in resident education at UF Health Jacksonville. Dr. Evans specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, comprehensive gynecologic care, and infertility. Dr. Evans has a special interest in adolescent gynecology, infertility, and minimally invasive gynecology involving both laparoscopic and robotic surgery. She is passionate about providing thorough obstetric and gynecologic care through all stages of life, and aims to treat each woman with a patient-centered, individualized approach. In her spare time, Dr. Evans enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, exercising, and traveling. Dr. Evans is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.

Dr. White provides care for general orthopedic problems such as fracture care and treatment of arthritis. This care includes both surgical as well as non-operative treatment. He has a particular interest in lower extremity trauma and foot & ankle surgery. Dr. White has been published in peer-reviewed orthopedic journals, co-authored several book chapters, and is a member of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. Dr. White is happily married with 5 children, 4 boys and a girl. He is actively involved in his church. He enjoys time with his family, sports, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
