Terrible experience! Ordered at drive thru. Told to pull around by door. Waited and waited! NOBODY SMILES...very unhappy employees. Burger lukewarm. No napkin. She didn't say thankyou at window...

No! Sat in drive thru 30 mins JUST TO ORDER.. reason behind it was "it was just 2 of them" hmmmm.. poor excuse. I was trapped in and couldn't even back up to leave! J would give 20 negative stars...

lied about the Holloween drink Franklin candy sundae. they don't have it but have you order it and then give you something else without telling you they don't have some things on the menu
