Telephone On hold for 20 min to the store and the phone was never picked up. Very poor customer service service. So now I will absolutely never go into the store for purchases.

I had an on line order that got cancelled on Sunday (intended to pick up Monday). I stopped in anyways to see why. The manager, Alex, was awesome! She understood that I didn't cancel it myself...
