I'm surprised by all the one star reviews...this was my first AEO visit at Lenox and it won't be my last. We came out here to kill a few hours with shopping before we have to truck ourselves...

It's a good location in the mall (easy for parking) and it's a large store with a lot of fitting tools & Aerie attached but that's where the positives end. The staff here are just so unfriendly...

Always the best service when I come here. The only place I'll buy pants from cause I'm a tall girlie and everywhere else caters to petite women.
