the lady didnt help us when we wanted our snacks and we couldn't figure it out. we wanted some nerds and some sourpatch but we needed help. im upset now

Sold tickets to a movie knowing that the ac isn't working!!!! It was hot AF. Sweat through my damn pants and shirt. Staff didn't give AF. Also, seats are small.
