They claim it's a "Quick service Fast food restaurant" That couldn't be anything further from the truth. It took me over 20 minutes of waiting in line just to order my food and over 30 minutes...

When I say the worst Zaxby's ever, this is the worst. I got cold and hard boneless wings/nuggets. Cold fries that had so much seasoning that all I tasted was salt and this after waiting 10 or 15...
