Grab your Jazzercise shoes or a foil epee and head to the Countryside Recreation Center. It offers many activities for young and old including line dancing, aerobic kickboxing, foil fencing, gymnastics, Jazzercise, Pilates, mixed martial arts, yoga and Zumba.
