went for a pickup and waited 40 minutes so i called. they said first come first serve even though people pulling in after me got their stuff first. blatantly lied to me.

On numerous occassions, I've asked for help and the employee tells me they don't speak English? So either they are lying to get out of helping or they are hiring illegals who don't speak English....
