Unapologetic and authentic, Becky instructs a strong and intelligent flow founded in yoga class trainings but guides the holistic practice from contemplative Christian spirituality. Trained by a variety of fitness and spiritual mentors in LA, NYC, Michigan and Canada ALIGN will take you on an adventure to holistic wellness one down dog at a time.
