Radu V Saveanu, MD is Professor and Executive Vice-Chair for Clinical Services and Education, the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. In addition, he has been Director pf the Residency Program for over 9 years. Prior to moving to Miami, he was Chairman of The Ohio State University Department of Psychiatry and Executive Director of OSU Harding Psychiatric Hospital for 10 years. Dr Saveanu received his MD from Tufts University Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed his residency in psychiatry at Tufts University and at the New England Medical Center Hospitals.

Dr Samuel Mowerman obtained his medical degree from the Escuela de Medicina ,Universidad del Valle, Cali, Colombia and completed an Internship at the University Hospital, also in Cali, Colombia. He completed his Residency in Psychiatry at Central Islip State Hospital, and New York School of Psychiatry Program of Medical Psychotherapy at University settings. He has 55 years of post residency experience in Psychiatrydivided between New York and Miami practices.Dr Mowerman was a Senior Attending Psychiatrist and Assistant Director for partial hospital services at the Zucker-Hillside Hospital part of Long Island Jewish in N.Y. He was for 16 yearsAssistant Professor at Albert Eisnstein School of Medicine in N.Y.
