The Whole Scoop is the perfect place to grab ice cream after a day on the intercostal. The service is great and we enjoyed sitting outside.

The owner was super nice and suggested we try the warm brownie topped with raspberry swirl jubilee (can't remember it exactly) and hot fudge.. wow, just wow is all I can say to top it off we loved...
