Bad experience. They simply don't pick up the phone at the store. Called them 5 times at different times of the day, no answer.

I asked for an emailed document to be printed then faxed and Joe the owner and Nicholash were so helpful and polite. I had gone there after going to a closer UPS Store whose fax was out of order...
