With over fifty years combined experience in the food industry, brothers Chris and Doug Blauvelt introduce their latest culinary venture. Located in the heart of Downtown Ft. Myers, The Standard serves fresh home-cooked style dishes from our "made from scratch" kitchen. Our Executive Chef, Katlyn Johnson, brings her years of experience as well as her wonderful palate for strong, contrasting flavors to every dish served up to our guests. The Standard also serves amazing handcrafted cocktails created by Dawn Barbour and has an impressive wine and beer selection that is sure to satisfy even the most finicky of palates. In addition to legendary food, drinks, and hospitality, The Standard has an incredibly relaxed atmosphere. The combination of iron beams, old brick walls, and thick wooden table tops add to the restaurant's ultra-modern feel. The Standard is open 7 Days a week for Lunch and Dinner and features Saturday and Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas.
