If you want a REAL taste of NOLA, then look no further. I found The Powdered Dough at LauderAle in Fort Lauderdale this past weekend.. Tried their shrimp po'boy and some beignets and OH MY GAHH...

They just happened to be at Lauderale one day when we stopped by. Never heard of The Powdered Dough food truck before. However the Beignets were flat and greasy.
