The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated community that was built in 2000. They sell one and two bedroom units, and have a very large resort style pool with a fountain in the center section and a 24 hour fitness center. Each apartment unit has storage space, a balcony and washer dryer hookups. The clubhouse has a couch, a bench, a bar and a business center with Internet access.
