They had me turn off the car 10 min before the even opened the hood. I waited 47 min total to change the oil in 90 degree Florida heat, I don't understand why 4 people were working on 1 car.

Waited almost 30mins from the time I pulled into the bay until someone lifted my hood for service. Slower than most oils change places especially with 3 techs working on one car at a time. You...
