Always good food and the best milkshakes ever. My favorite milkshake is peanut butter chocolate. I have that elsewhere but steak 'n Shake is the best..

Ordered the garlic burger combo. It was cold, cheese not melted, and tasted dry as if it was just a burger laying around. I thought they made them fresh?

Don't ever order for online pickup here, they don't start making your food until you're inside, then every type of order - window, for here, delivery etc get their food before you and even people...
