Anti-Gravity Fitness. It is a form of Aerial Yoga based on a movement art form that is meant to inspire fitness. AntiGravity Fitness is recognized by: The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a CE Provider. It is also the only aerial yoga program that is certified by the governing bodies of America and the EU. Suspension Training Program (TRX & ONNIT Academy) Suspension training exercise that uses gravity and your body weight to give you hundreds of exercises that can enhance your strength, conditioning, and agility like no other tool available. Steel Mace Specialist: Originally developed by the ancient Persian warrior elite, the Gada (heavy mace) style of training was directly applicable to real world combat and wrestling applications.
