Sōl Bistro is a hip and intimate Dedicated Gluten-Free, Celiac Safe, Organic, and Local Farm-to-Table, Scratch/Slow food bistro serving Seasonal Health-Conscious Comfort Food free from gluten, soy, peanuts, corn, refined sugars, seed oils, and inflammatory cow dairy products. Our menu changes weekly, using the finest seasonal, organic produce, pasture-raised, and wild-caught proteins and ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, vendors, and fishermen.
