My wait was short, my issue was handled Very quickly! I did not have an appointment but I was called in a very short time. The encounter with the agent was very helpful & solved my b issue!!

This is the BEST SSA office that I've ever been to! People here actually care for you and do their best to handle whatever issues you may have. I cannot say it enough, they are awesome.

i visited the venice, ssa, office, nov. 26, 2024, i was there & 0830, offcer ms. duqai, came out side to let me in. a machine was there to procure a reservation ticket, the office manager ms....

Found the office and bathrooms to be In good shape and well stocked. The personnel turned the customers over in a timely fashion. Miss Sheila was gracious and very professional.

This experience is the most humiliating & demeaning experience my mother & I have ever gone through. And all I needed to do asMoms POA is to change an address and not where her checks go , they go...
