I had an appointment so i went there and theh told me that the girl that was doing my hair wasn't there bc she had a problem, wich i completely understand the thing here is that nobody called me...

Just horrible! I went Friday afternoon to get my hair styled and the manager who quoted me a price had her hair in rollers? How unprofessional is that?Also, another stylist had color on her hair....
