You need to be careful when shopping at Rooms To Go. When you buy something from them, it's yours FOREVER. You can never return it. If you call them to request a return, they get downright rude...

Poor quality. Poor customer service, both in the store and over the telephone. $1100 power recliner failed 19 months after purchase. Rooms To Go offers no assistance with repair, even at my expense.
