No one answers the telephone and the voicemail box is always full. They are unresponsive, even towards owners of properties.

As per my experience, the company has a lack of response compared with the rates. one person and one only for so many buildings. no following up to the cases.... everything by email.

They do not help on speeding process specially when for Estoppel letter requires a cashier checks to attorneys with escrow accounts it is unbelievable! We called to ask then please ore closing...
