In the drive through, asked to cash my 2 checks, the teller said ok. Ten minutes go by, another teller asks if we want to deposit or cash my checks! Another car drive in after us & left before us....

ability to close account for a deceased person without having to come to the bank in person. For seven years, bank simply deducts fees until the balance is zero!
