This is the worst branch I have ever experienced in my + 15 years with Regions bank, they do not care about you as a customer what so ever! I will spare you the long story of whats been going on...

Lousy customer service. One person isn't the window and has a complicated transaction. Does the manager do anything?? No. I waited for almost 25 minutes for my transaction.
