They DO NOT take walk ins. I went today and checked in then a blonde woman with glasses tried to tell me to make an appointment. I was not going to wait 3.5 hours when the walking wait said 30-60...

Nurses/employees were rude and stated that they do not take in walk ins yet provide the option to do walk ins both online and in person. If you don't do walk ins, then remove the option completely.
