Wow!!! How long do we have to wait!!! Sat in the lobby for 2.5 hours. The girl has no idea how to file with insurance! Every location I've been to has at least a 2 hour wait!!

Appointment scheduled at it's still past the appetite and still not called for fasting labs. What's the purpose of an appointment if they are being as head of line of walk-in?

Literately went for a certain type of test. Waited a year for this test! They didn't even do it! I cannot do it again under my insurance. Now I have to wait another year! Thanks for nothing.
