The staff is friendly, however, their selections are often limited to a only few options. Definitely not the most budget friendly shop either. However, they have enough product to where you should...

Great smoke shop, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on all smoking accessories, and this applies to all locations I have been to. Hands down best smoke shop in Miami

I bought a leaf that was literally almost 15 dollars. When I opened it, full of mold. They refused to give me a refund after I called them. Horrible attitude from the staff too.

Had an unprofessional employee make tasteless jokes and curse too much which I didn't like. There was a girl that was nice but now it's always the same guy.
