This Panera is ALWAYS filthy. Crumbs everywhere, tables dirty. I've even seen multiple cockroaches crawling around by people's food. You guys need to step it up or hire someone that'll focus on...

I bought a chocolate chips cookie and the server was unfriendly and gave my order so I asked please can you heat it up and when i received back was cold ....very upset for the customer service.
