Christys Pilates - Pilates on the Move

HistoryChristy's love for Pilates started in NYC in 1989 where she found a small advertisement in a Self magazine. In 1999, she decided to get certified in Pilates and began training in Manhattan and followed my mentor Roxane who trained with Romana for many years.
