grossly overrated here 45 min. 250 labor 150 in parts that cost 50. I inquired why such costly labor. technician states I pay for his experience. contacted another firm. they laughed

I contacted them after they installed a new garage door and put their personalized sticker on it. Apparently they only install new doors and don't fix their mistakes.

Do NOT call this company. The price is outrageous. Customer service also Very poor. I am considering reporting this company to BBB. It's just ridiculous the cost to repair springs on a garage...
