History

I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Thai Bodyworker, Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher (200 hr Yoga Alliance Registered). I have been a massage therapist since 2000. I have continually pursued continuing education in the massage field as I feel a therapist can NEVER have too many tools in their massage toolbox to help their clients. I specialize in trigger point therapy to help resolve acute or chronic pain issues, post-surgery recovery, restore range of motion, and make your day-to-day life more manageable. My services range from clinically focused sessions to achieve pain relief (acute and/or chronic pain, reduced range of motion, as well as helping with post-surgery issues) to general wellness and/or relaxation. I permanently relocated to Ocala, Florida in February 2020. I look forward to building my business in this community. I opened METTA Thai Bodywork & Yoga at my current location in August 2020 (due to the delay of Covid-19 virus).
