Waited 35 mins for a medium order of fries, walked out. Nobody in the restaurant or drive thru, what is the problem here?

Customer service here is aweful. I sat in a waiting spot for 20 min only to be given the wrong order. They don't even know what I ordered. They took my receipt, and still had no idea what I ordered.
