Poor service after install I've been waiting for months for a simple hardware repair. I even paid for the visit to come and see what's wrong. No follow up. Buyer beware.

Robert did an excellent job on a warranty service visit diagnosing the problems with our door that were caused at time of installation and ordering new parts to fix everything.
