Lottie is located within the lobby of the Vinoy in downtown St. Pete. As other yelpers mentioned, it is pretty pricey. I think the two pastries my wife and I ordered amounted to like $30 bucks....

Very disappointed. The desserts looked beautiful, but the 3 we tried lacked in taste and were not fresh (and overpriced for what they were). The latte also had a bitter aftertaste.
