I was hoping that since this KFC was just opened last summer that it would be better. NOT. I placed an order online and pre-paid. My husband picked it up and didn't check it. The chicken was dry....

Whatever u do, don't use the app to order and then try to pick it up in the drive thru. They hand off app orders to the front lobby staff, and no one from the drive thru staff works on the order....
