They consistently percent of the time don't give us utensils! Now they have some weird policy that you have to go inside if you order from your phone ! We won't be going back to this location

ThIS is what you get when you order a chicken and waffle instead got an empty fry container, 2 tenders and 2 waffles. I also ordered an extra biscuit and got a balled up piece of bread

Twice I have ordered chicken at this place and when I get home within minutes open the bucket and found the chicken mushy gross.

We were missing our sauces and gravy for our potatoes, they did not honor the substitutions that they charged us for, and there were pieces of mac' and cheese in our potatoes even though we didn't...
