Poor behavior by store staff. Documented discrimination and rude service. Staff yelling and using derogatory language. Unacceptable Do not go here. Hope they close soon.

I went to Jimmy John's on the bearrs Avenue location. I asked for a grilled sub or hot sub. It comes out burnt so I asked him to make another sub but the thing is they don't ask you what you want...

Just basic Jimmy John's that's expensive. They are quick though and usually close to where I'm at and customizing through the app is good.

Poor customer service. I can't not believe they would allow their employees to curse and flip off their customers over pickles. Do better!
