Jason Matthew Perry, MD

Ari Silverstein, M.D., a board-certified urologist and surgeon at the Eugene M. and Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute, part of Baptist Health, at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. He is the vice chief of suregery at Boca Ration Regional Hopsital and director of general surgery at Baptist Health Medical Group. Dr. Silverstein specializes in kidney, ureter and prostate cancers. He also treats urologic conditions such as kidney stones and urinary tract issues. After earning his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, Dr. Silverstein continued his medical training at Duke University Medical Center, where he was a urology research fellow, senior urology resident and chief urology resident. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Silverstein has been recognized locally and nationally for his clinical expertise. He has also been the lead or co-author on more than 20 peer-reviewed publications. He is a member of the American Medical Association and American Urological Association. Dr. Silverstein believes the most important quality a physician should possess is compassion. He feels strongly that patients deserve to be listened to and understood so they can receive the treatment thathelps them live their best life. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Silverstein enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with his family.

Alan Saperstein, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon at Baptist Health Orthopedic Care. Dr. Saperstein specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, total knee replacement, total hip replacement, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, meniscus repair, and articular cartilage resurfacing procedures, including MACI, rotator cuff repair and shoulder labrum repair. Dr. Saperstein is chief of orthopedic surgery at Boca Raton Regional Hospital.Dr. Saperstein currently serves as a team physician for Florida Atlantic University and Lynn University. He is also a clinical affiliate assistant professor at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Saperstein treats each patient as an individual and considers their medical history, work and recreational demands, and health goals when developing a treatment plan. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Saperstein enjoys long-distance running and weight training. He has completed two full marathons and runs at least one half-marathon each year.

Andrew Ross, M.D., is a board-certified colorectal surgeon at Baptist Health, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the colon, rectum and intestines, as well as robotic and minimally invasive surgery. He is fluent in English and Italian. After earning his medical degree from the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, Dr. Ross completed his general surgery residency at North Shore University Hospital and served as chief resident. Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Ross completed a colorectal surgery fellowship at Rutgers University Robert Woods Johnson Medical School. He is also an associate professor of surgery at the Florida Atlantic University School of Medicine. A fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery, he currently serves as chair for Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s quality committee, a member of the hospital’s surgical leadership committee and the site director for Florida Atlantic University’s surgical residency program. With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Ross excels at creating individualized care plans for his patients. He recognizes that he often meets people during the most difficult times in their lives and wants to help them navigate tough choices through innovative, compassionate care. In his free time, Dr. Ross enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
