Identigo store experience for TSA pre-check was 4 star. But the phone experience to get a status on my application was frustrating and beyond ridiculous....system kept re-routing me in circles....

Incredibly fast, convenient and friendly. My wife and I had appointments for 10:30 & 10:40 for TSA Pre Enrollment. We showed up at 10:20 and were both out by 10:30. Would definitely encourage...
