Hallmark Development of Florida is a diversified real estate development firm founded over 43 years ago. Hallmark was an early leader in West Central Florida's movement toward sustainable, green building. It developed one of Florida's first LEED Gold commercial projects, the global headquarters of TUI Marine in Clearwater, Florida. Hallmark was founded by Daniel Engelhardt and is now guided by his sons Steve and Paul Engelhardt.
