I went in this morning for a cut of just my ends, I explicitly told the stylist I prefer wearing my hair picked up and she completely ignored everything I had to say. Now I have to use hair clips...

I would not recommend this location. For reference, I have blonde, long extensions and I get blowouts often. The stylist that did my hair does not appear to have any experience with extensions....

Run! Don't come here. The man who cut my bob left it completely uneven! He had no idea how to do a bob even with detailed client. I was devastated, now I have to wait for my hair to grow back....
