You lost a customer before you even gained one. As a walk-in I was refused service. Wanted to come here because you're closest to home. Supercuts for me from now on!

Walked in an three people were being served. Waited at the counter and even though I was standing in plain sight no one greeted me or let alone waited on me. I walked out after a couple of minutes.
