The GYROVILLE menu features fresh ingredients with clean, bold flavors. The basis of our concept is the Build Your Own option. Customers choose from pita bread, whole wheat wrap, rice or Greek salad. Then a protein is chosen from gyro meat, chicken or pork souvlaki or falafel as a vegetarian option. Next, guests may choose between our six sauces made fresh daily. These include original tzatziki, hummus, spicy feta or one of our variations of our original tzatziki; Mediterranean mustard, red pepper or jalapeño spinach.
