Guidance Clinic of the Middle Keys is a nonprofit organization that provides mental health and substance abuse services. The organization offers detoxification services for the adults and residential treatments for criminals with felony charges. Additionally, it provides psychiatric consultation services for adults, families and children. The organization also offers life skills training and preventive services to school students. It undertakes a variety of outreach programs, including HIV and substance abuse awareness programs and surveys. The organization s mental health services include psychiatric support, day treatments, case management and rehabilitation. It also offers transportation services to the patients. Guidance Clinic of the Middle Keys is sponsored by the Florida Department for Children and Families. It is located in Marathon, Fla., and was established in 1973.
