Fire-Rescue Department is one of the divisions operated by the city government of Fort Lauderdale in Florida. The department offers a wide range of fire control and rescue services through several units, including domestic preparedness and emergency management, training and special operations, emergency medical services, support services, and fire prevention and investigation. It also offers a range of other services through various other units, such as records management, financial management, fire-related operations, hazardous materials management and fire service exploration. The department also has a trained technical rescue team. It offers emergency fire control services through its community emergency response team. It has several fire stations throughout the city.
