Florida Health Solution Corp. ( FHS ) is a Florida licensed Prepaid Health Clinic ( PHC ) and Discount Medical Plan Organization ( DMPO ) FHS is licensed as a Prepaid Health Clinic under Part II of Chapter 641, Florida Statutes and a Discount Medical Plan under Part II of Chapter 636, Florida Statutes The Office of Insurance Regulation has regulatory oversight for our PHC and DMPO operations such as financial operations and policy forms and the Agency for Health Care Administration oversees our health clinic operations including quality of care and provider access. Prepaid Health Clinics arrange health care services on a managed care basis. This means FHS arranges for medical services through a network of contracted physicians and other health care professionals in an organized and cost-effective manner. FHS as a discount medical plan, provides access and the right to receive medical services from a network of health care providers at a substantial discount. Our company has been offering quality health services since 2002. Members have access to approximately 300 medical provider centers in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Seminole, Osceola and Orange counties.
