I was escorted to a table with dirty dishes utensils, although there were tables on either side with no dirty dishes. The waitress took the dishes away and put a menu on top of the dirty table....

No heat. Thought it would be tolerable. This is not the first day of lack of heat according to the servers. With these prices they could have portable heaters.
