It was no where near packed... it took 1 hour to get my food and when I followed up it had not even been being made yet. They are unorganized and untrained. I put 1 star because I have to.

Hands down the best sandwich I've had in a long time. The BBQ Cuban was fire!!! Staff was great. Tiffany helped me out and was fantastic at her job! 10/10 would recommend!!!
