whatever the asst. managers name was wanted to give me a hard time over my box, telling me that i could not use the type of box i had to ship. then wanted to argue and try to hold my box from me....

PATHETIC The absolute worst!!! Awful service and do not care at all!!!! Jose does not do his job and literally takes 30 min to drop off a package, active ignores customers, and I already prepaid...

Ridiculously slow, perpetually understaffed and ZERO concern for customer service. Worst FedEx I have ever been! It's shameful
